Project Deadlines and Delivery Dates
Project deadlines and delivery dates are determined in agreement between InterTest Inc. and the purchaser. If products are ready for delivery at the agreed date, InterTest, Inc is entitled to make partial deliveries. If the purchaser is in default with payments, however, InterTest, Inc. is released from its obligation to deliver.
InterTest, Inc. cannot be held responsible for late shipments due to customer requested project changes, project holdups due to an excessively high production schedule, or machine and equipment failures and maintenance issues. Project production schedules and shipment dates can also be affected by unforeseen manufacturing set backs and equipment maintenance. All orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
The supply of products is made at the risk and expense of the purchaser, unless otherwise agreed.
InterTest, Inc. utilizes the following standard carriers: UPS, FedEx and USPS. Other carriers can be used upon approval. For shipping information including optional carriers, please contact our shipping department at 908-496-8008.
All shipments and deliveries will originate from InterTest, Inc. headquarters at 303 Route 94 in Columbia, New Jersey, 07832, unless otherwise arranged. InterTest, Inc. will not be held liable for any delivery problems or poor service resulting from a specified carrier.
Shipping charges will be [prepaid] in addition to the total invoice price.
The deadline for same day shipping on available products is 3:00pm eastern time. All orders wishing to ship same day must be received prior to this deadline or they will not ship until the next business day. Same day shipping is limited to in stock items that are F.O.B. – InterTest, Inc. – Columbia, New Jersey.
