The iShot® Weld-i® SAW camera system is a compact weld monitoring camera system (3.400” Length x 1.250” Ø) that has capabilities to verify torch positions, wire feed orientation and welding part alignment during the Submerged Arc Welding process. This camera system uses a 1080p/30fps HDMI video signal with generated cross-hairs on a Full HD monitor to ensure the operator that the automated and live SAW process is running to specifications.

The systems feature includes Full HD 1080/30fps output using the Sony MA130 Micro HD Camera, 16x optical zoom, Image Flip, Image Mirror, Manual Shutter/Focus/Zoom Control, Auto Image Stabilization, 13 megapixels still frame picture capture, LED illumination and Cross-hair line adjustment in both the vertical and horizontal positions. The camera system comes with a choice of 10, 25 and 50-foot cable lengths with protective sheathing at the camera head end. The Weld-i SAW camera head uses spatter shields in front of the lens in order to protect the camera from any incidental spatter, smoke or dirt from the environment.

iShot® Weld-i® HD SAW Sub Arc Welding Camera Head

The iShot® Weld-i® HD SAW Sub Arc Welding Camera Head is compact in size at 3.400” in length and 1.250” in diameter. It is designed to be in close proximity of submerged arc welds with a rugged anodized aluminum housing, a built-in replacement spatter shield lens cover, protective cable sheathing and LED illumination.

The 10 foot SAW camera cable provides camera communication and LED control between the camera head and the camera control unit. Silicone jacketed fiberglass sheathing is included to protect the camera head ends of the camera cable.

iShot® Weld-i® Sub Arc Welding Rack Camera Control Unit

The iShot® Weld-i® SAW Welding Camera Control Unit is a rack-mounted controller that controls the HD camera’s functions, LED intensity and cross-hair generator. The CCU produces a Full HD 1080p/30fps HDMI output that can connect to any HDMI monitor.
