InterTest Marketing Coordinator

As the Marketing Coordinator at InterTest, you will report to the Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be a savvy, highly organized and versatile team player, responsible for supporting Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service. Excellent technical, graphic design and creative writing skills are essential in order to execute job requirements. You will also need a creative and forward thinking approach to help position our products and services for growth and market penetration. Among other duties, you will support managing website updates, product photography and editing, and trade show coordination. You will also be required to assist in producing and editing videos, supporting the development and execution of communications via social media and Hub Spot, and updating or creating promotional material, documents, presentations, manuals, etc., as needed.  

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Forwarding and fielding sales leads on a daily basis
  • Supporting customer correspondence on the InterTest Website Live Chat
  • Support maintenance and integrity of contact database on a daily basis (tracking lead source / market, market segmentation, data quality)
  • Design support and generation for booth graphics, point of sale and collateral materials, product branding and packaging, sales support materials, brand materials, presentations, website graphics, advertising, promotional items, etc.
  • Executing product photography and image editing
  • Capturing video and product application footage and producing videos for company website and You Tube channel
  • Support website maintenance of new and existing products, images, copy and meta data
  • Support organization and coordination of trade show events (promotional materials, booth components, products, shipments, travel reservations, etc.)
  • Support knowledge acquisition of market research, industry trends and best practices


  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), iMovie and/or Final Cut Pro, Hub Spot, Salesforce, and Website development
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively

  • Must be able to attain a Security Clearance
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred

Required Education: 
Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related discipline
Google Partner Badge (Google AdWords product certification), preferred
Hubspot Academy Certified, preferred

Required Experience: 
2-3 years of experience in graphic design or creative marketing services
